The Playhouse District Association is devoted to enhancing the economic vitality of Pasadena's center for culture, commerce and community. Founded over 20 years ago, we are funded largely by assesments in a property-based improvement district over 32 blocks in the heart of downtown Pasadena. The PDA manages special services inclding clean and safe programs, marketing and events, economic development, parking policy, and advocacy on behalf of property owners, businesses and residents.
